I bought a ukulele from here and new strings, upon going home I discovered I don’t fully know how to string my ukulele. So I called and they said just bring it in and they’ll take care of me. They fully tuned and stringed it for me. Very nice people. Very good service.

Went to the store yesterday to get reeds and stands. So helpful showing my grandson what they had. We purchased our items and I asked about an oboe that I didn't see the price. Incredible price. He was able to test it in a sound room. The tech was coming to work in an hour. They checked it all out. My grandson got a new oboe and all of the accessories included. Can't thank the staff enough for this great experience.

I had a great time at Knapton Musik Knotes yesterday! I went in to buy a guitar for my birthday and everyone was super helpful. The staff were super kind and friendly. I bought a beautiful guitar with the much needed assistance from the people working! Would 100% recommend buying an instrument from this store.

What a great music store! The staff are friendly and helpful, and they probably have what you’re looking for. If they don’t, I bet they can order it! They serve as a music hub in the community as well, offering lessons and playing opportunities in store.
I stopped by today because I wanted a ukulele shoulder strap and case and didn’t want to hand over more of my money to the smiling box company. Not only did they have what I was looking for, it was also a better price than I have seen online. Even better, because I brought a kiddo, they were able to see additional music-related things they were interested in. We walked out with a violin shoulder pad, a case for the shoulder pad, a book of sheet music, three kazoos and a harmonica. On the way home we played kazoo to some of our favorite songs. It was so ridiculous and hilarious!
It’s worth leaving the house to go shop at Knapton in person. I highly recommend it!
